Students unleash their creative flair through performances, competitions, exhibitions and enrichment programs. Our current arts program includes:
Dance
Our junior and senior dance groups perform at various festivals throughout the year, including the 'In the Spotlight' festival at Ultimo and the Sutherland Shire Schools Music Festival.
Choir
Years 2 to 6 all learn a repertoire of songs, which they perform in the combined schools' choir at the Sutherland Entertainment Centre.
Visual Arts
Students enjoy participating in art workshops with specialised guest teachers, enhancing their artistic skills and appreciation of a range of mediums. The result is always impressive and we are proud to boast many successful art entries in various competitions and amazing murals in our school.
Drama
Literacy at TPPS is animated through our drama programs. Students enjoy impromptu performances, readers' theatre showcases and the use of puppetry in developmental play.
