There are some costs associated with going to school that you may find it helpful to plan and budget for such as:
- uniforms
- school books and equipment
- excursions
- extra-curricular activities.
Requests for work books and school pack items are kept to a minimum. Further information in regards to these items is forwarded to families at the end of each school year in readiness for the following year.
Voluntary school contribution
At the start of each year, we ask for a voluntary school contribution to enhance our educational programs. We aim to minimise the cost of this and have managed to keep it at $40 per child / $57 per family for the past 4 years.
Student assistance scheme
We try to keep any additional costs to a minimum and families who have financial difficulty paying schooling costs may be eligible for help through the school student assistance scheme (form available on Documents page). Contact us to make an appointment to speak confidentially with the Principal.

Money Collection
We offer a number of programs and activities that require payment. When paying for any activities, money should be placed in an envelope with your child’s name, class, amount, and details of payment eg: Zoo Excursion on the front of the envelope and the permission slip enclosed. The envelope should then be placed in the letterbox attached to the wall outside the school office (school side).
Alternatively we also offer Parent Payments Online (POP) via the 'payments' tab on this website. This method gives you the opportunity to pay by savings and credit card. It is essential that you include your child’s name in the payment reference and let us know what the payment is covering. When returning the corresponding permission note, please include the receipt number.
Please do not hesitate to contact the school office if you have any questions.
